William Kreutzer, Jr shot up his own unit at Fort Bragg roughly in the same time period that James Elmer Mitchell (the psychologist whose firm was paid over 80 million dollars for the torture in secret prisons such as Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo) was a unit psychologist. I don't know if there is any connection but I DO know Ft Bragg is where the psyops center for the "Men WHo Stare at Goats" operation was located. Here is Kreutzer's FCC approval to install an antennae: http://www.city-data.com/aradio/lic-Fort-Bragg-North-Carolina.html It states: "Call Sign: KD4WQA Grant Date: 02/02/1993, Expiration Date: 02/02/2003, Cancellation Date: 02/03/2005 Registrant: William J Kreutzer Jr, 18th Corp Lrsc Gorham St, Fort Bragg, NC 28307 Read more: http://www.city-data.com/aradio/lic-Fort-Bragg-North-Carolina.html#ixzz3MJKb1ktr " And here is a most recommended video which goes into the "Men WHo Stare at Goatrs" back story behind the torture prisons. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUf8KBjKBpM&app=desktop

Key details regarding the GCCA and its broadcasting: FCC Licensee: The GCCA operates 91.7FM, with broadcast content heavily featuring music by the founder. Background: Often referred to as a "cult" by former members and media, the organization has been subject to investigation and public scrutiny over its, now deceased, founder's actions. Properties: The organization holds properties in Arizona, including a performing arts center, the Sea of Glass. Controversy: The group was notably investigated in a 1998 Dateline episode and is the subject of the book New Age Grifter.
