It occurs to me that some who have looked upon the tomes of misinformation on Operation Stargate have overlooked a basic simple pun; the use of the word "target." When we are talking about "targets" as receivers of psychic transmissions we open a can of worms.
People who can detect radio wave energy are not necessarily psychic, as neither are housecats.
This may be some natural sense some have.
Whether psychic or not, they are undesirable to certain people.
As are true psychics. Who would want psychics around when they are tryna run a covert porn horror prison?
I am looking at some of the Stargate characters involved in the Scientology end of things and I am sure we are talking about infiltration. Longtime anti-scientologists are involved here, including Jolly West, yet another CIA LSD experimenter of deplorable character.
And I am sure there are a good number of decent people in Urantia who would have nothing to do with this sort of brainwashing.

Triad Formation
Well the Rice family in their quest to advance pro-LSD propaganda has applied for 3 more antennae. Urantiagate. Stargate. I don't know enough about the old "triad formation" of the black helicopters to know if that means something. "Black Triad" I think the operation was called. Does this have anything to do with that? Maybe someone else has input on that.
Here is a bit by Thurston, the secret service guy that Sadler, author of The Urantia Book, worked with to debunk mystics. In an article on how he found a hidden thing he states "the safest way to hide an object so that it will not be discovered, is to put it in the most obvious place." Well where I am going with this is that THERE is an easy way to hide an antennae weapon- in plain site. Call it a community service.

Well I got more information on if the antennae can be used like the black triad. There is a lot of technical and scientific talk that is frankly over my head. But the general gist is that if the antennae are used as a weapon it would be along the not strictly metaphorical line of three men raping a child, with all the variations thereof. They can do all kinds of funky stuff. That would be in the hands of whoever was handling the operation at the time. This does not rule out that they couldn't be used for ill within their normal mode of operation.
